Private Courses (on a REGULAR basis e.g. 2 lessons per week at regular times; minimum lesson 90 minutes): ONE student alone - TOTAL cost for a 90-minute lesson is GBP 42; a GROUP of 2 students - TOTAL cost for a 90-minute lesson is GBP 60; a GROUP of 3 students - TOTAL cost for a 90-minute lesson is GBP 72.
Private Courses (on a REGULAR basis e.g. 2 lessons per week at regular times; minimum lesson 90 minutes): ONE student alone - TOTAL cost for a 90-minute lesson is GBP 42; a GROUP of 2 students - TOTAL cost for a 90-minute lesson is GBP 60; a GROUP of 3 students - TOTAL cost for a 90-minute lesson is GBP 72.
If a course does NOT take place on a Public Holiday, there will be a proportional deduction from the course fees on your Invoice.
There are no courses over the Christmas and New Year holiday period from 13th to 31st December, 2021 inclusive.

Small Group Course -
General Conditions
1. An enrolment only becomes valid when it has been confirmed by a Certificate of Enrolment sent by Windsor English Language Centre. The minimum age for enrolment is 18.
2. Tuition Fees are calculated in minimum units of one week (Monday to Friday) and should be paid in full in sterling on or before the first day of study. The Tuition Fees include: tuition, the Certificate of Studies, and Registration. The Tuition Fee does not include the cost of text books, stationery or the entrance fee for external examinations.
3. No fees are refunded to students who leave before the end of the period booked or for lessons or other activities missed. The Certificate of Studies is only awarded to students who have attended classes regularly. In the case of premature termination of a course due to serious illness or death of the student or his immediate family, fees will be refunded from the beginning of the second week after the week in which the school is informed, at the Principal’s discretion and on receipt of the appropriate medical certificate. Any refunds authorised will be made only to the person from whom payment was received. Fees are not transferable from one student to another.
4. The School reserves the right, without liability and without giving notice, to make changes in the fees, the times of classes, the teachers of classes and in class members, should conditions warrant this. The School accept no liability for the non supply of services due to circumstances beyond its control.
5. In the case of closure of a course by the school, any refund made will be only for the part of the course after the date that the course ceases to operate. No refunds will be made for any part of the course before the date that the course ceases operation.
6. The School does not insure students against illness, accident, loss, accidental damage, theft, etc., and does not accept responsibility for any contingencies. It is therefore strongly advised that students should insure themselves against such eventualities. Students are strongly advised to take out an appropriate insurance policy. It is the STUDENT’S RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that he or she is PROPERLY INSURED. In the case of serious illness or accident while studying at the school, the person named on the application form will be informed.
